The secret of ideal cheesecakes is high-quality granular cottage cheese, best of all rustic. And also - a minimum of flour, then the cheesecakes will turn out to be very tender, almost creamy.

Cottage cheese - 500 g
Powdered sugar - 35 g
Yolk - 1 pc.
Vanilla sugar (or vanilla extract) 2–3 g
Flour - 30 g
For strawberry yogurt:
Fat-free yogurt - 50 g
Sour cream - 20 g
Strawberries - 30 g
Strawberry syrup - 5 g
Mix cottage cheese with flour, sprinkle with powdered sugar, add vanilla sugar, egg yolk and mix thoroughly. If the cottage cheese is too liquid, then the amount of flour should be increased by 20-30%.
Form small cheesecakes, bread them in flour and fry in a pan until golden brown.
To make strawberry yogurt, combine low fat yogurt, sour cream, diced strawberries and strawberry syrup.
Serniki served with yogurt, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
